Centsoft support is at your disposal and makes sure that you get the right help, from the right person, when you need it. Our goal is to quickly and efficiently serve you as a customer.

To reach that goal we ask you to describe your problem in as much detail as possible when you contact us. The more information we receive from you, the sooner we can get the right person to help with the issue. Below is a short checklist that you can store by your computer.

Describe the problem briefly:

  • What happened, what did you do/click on when the problem occurred?
  • Has the invoice been transferred to the ERP system?
  • Is there any information / error in the invoice log in Centsoft?
  • Take a screenshot of the error message and e-mail it to us.
